He is survived by: his wife Alice Miller; and his children, Cheryl Weaver (Donald) of Sugarcreek, David Lee Smith (Nancy) of Dover, Diane Lynn Smith of Massillon and John Smith (Ronda) of Dundee. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
