He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan J. and Amanda Weaver (Yoder); his brother Andy; and his parents-in-law, Ezra and Ada Miller (Kurtz).
He is survived by: his wife Mattie; his children, Betty Raber (Jake) of South Carolina, Jerry Weaver (Teri) of Dalton, James Weaver (Brenda) of Dundee and Larry Weaver (Joann); his grandchildren, Steven Raber (Linda), Ruby Miller (Jeremy), James Raber (Verna), Linda Miller (John), Tad Weaver, Johanna Riggs (Caleb), Layla Burkholder (Larry), Jodi Weaver (Eli Jr.), Jae Weaver (Cole), Krystal Weaver (Anson), Jenni Weaver and Benjamin Weaver; and his sisters, Fannie Weaver (Paul) of Millersburg and Esther Kline (Jacob) of Millersburg. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
