He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mills and Mary Katherine Mills (Yarger). He is survived by: his wife Jackie S. Mills (Wilson); his children, Troy Mills (Carrie) and Jennifer Hemmelgarn (Chris); his grandchildren, Zachary Mills and Sophia Hemmelgarn; and his cousin Narda Sowards (Larry).
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A rosary will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Crematory (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (130 N 5th St, Zanesville, OH 43701).
