He is survived by: his wife Donna Kuhn; his children, Roger Kuhn Jr. (Heather), Thomas Kuhn (Whitney), Justin Kuhn and Samantha Kuhn; his stepchildren, Kim Sherfy (David), Kelly Hupp (Michael) and Milissa Miller; his siblings, John Kuhn (Candy), Shirley Dobbins (Mike) and Beverly Roth (Gale); and his brother-in-law James Applegate. He is also survived by his several grandchildren; his four great-grandchildren.
