He was predeceased by: his parents, Issacc Butcher and Jean Butcher (Lancaster); and his siblings, Rose Marie Butcher and Bruce Butcher. He is survived by: his son Ryan Cooper Butcher; his siblings, Butchie Butcher, Terry Butcher (Connie), Linda McClain, William Butcher, Stevie Butcher, Mickey Butcher, Todd Butcher and Lisa Butcher-Curtis (David); his close friend Tammy Cooper; and his cousin Randy Cooper. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and numerous friends.
