He was predeceased by: his parents, Hansome Rayner and Bessie G. Rayner (Osborn); his brother Charles; his sister-in-law Edith Rayner; his sister Clara; and his brother-in-law Delmar Tysinger.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Rayner; his daughters, Misty Miller (Brian) and Darcy Rayner Harlan (Jeremey Stutes); his grandchildren, Taylor Vaughn (Bobby), McKenzi Harlan, Tori Harlan and Jordan Miller; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Dawson Vaughn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
