He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin and Wilma Hartwell (Leonard). He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Davis of Zanesville and Lenny Hartwell (Jennifer) of Zanesville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
