She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burtnett and Florence Burtnett (Grist); her grandchildren, Kayla Renee Lovingshimer, Kathleen Kirkbride and Michael Clark Jr.; and her siblings, Betty (Harold Elson), Alice Marie (Ronald Hamilton), Genny (John Pearson), Harold Burtnett and George Burtnett.
She is survived by: her close friend Lewis Barr; her daughters, Deborah Clark (Mike) of Cannelville, Kathryn Lovingshimer of Dresden, Christina Barr of Zanesville and Cynthia Stayner (Eric) of Frazeysburg; her grandchildren, Kayla Jordon (Josh), Kaitlyn Kirkbride, Katrina Kirkbride, Shanan Thompson (Rusty) and Jeanna Sickles (Roger); her great grandchildren, Aurora Sickles, Carter Thompson, Emmerson Thompson and Callen Thompson; her brothers, Max Burtnett (Colleen) of Zanesville and Robert Burtnett (Diana) of Mingo Junction; and her close friend Debbie Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
