We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2018, at the age of 94, Hazel F. Pendleton (Duncan Falls, Ohio), born in Middleport, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Juanita Shumaker and Luther Gaffney; her brother-in-law Raymond Shumaker; and also Harold Pendleton (Hap). She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Gaffney and Alice Gaffney; her sons, Thomas Reed (Carol) of Racine and Richard Reed (Charlotte) of Cottonwood; her grandchildren, Sherri Johnson (Philip), Theresa Logue (Scotty), Matthew Reed (Becky), Wesley Reed (Erin), David Powell and Michael Powell (Sharon); and her sister-in-law Barbara Gaffney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
