He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hooper and Donna "Grace" Wetherell Hooper; his in-laws, Tommy and Margaret Soller Paul; his aunt Betty Wetherell; his siblings-in-law, Frank Mehling, Mark Fulk and Janet Robinson (Marvin); his nephew Ben Hoyt; his nieces, Heather Robinson and Tammy Robinson; his great-nephew Alex Stroahacker; and his pet Ella.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Paul Hooper; his child Trish Maxwell (John); his siblings, Allen Hooper (Jeanne), Jim Hooper (Vivian) and Jean Hoyt (Ron); his grandchildren, Jena Maxwell (Rocky Chevalier) and J. D. Maxwell (Bailee Ogg); and his great grandchild Maverick Chevalier. He is also survived by the love of his life; and several brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
