She was predeceased by: her parents, William Martin and Opal Julia Mallory; her husband H. T. Sweet; and her siblings, Randy, William Martin Mallory (Bill) and Kay Mallory.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Skye; her sons, John Wesley Burgy of South Charleston, Albert Ross "Mackie" McCutcheon of South Charleston and William Martin McCutcheon (Chrystal Jane McCutcheon) of Powell, Ohio; her granddaughter Gabrielle Skye McCutcheon of Powell, Ohio; and her brothers, James Mallory of Missouri City, TX, Robert "Bobby" Jack Mallory of Ironton, Leo Mallory of Seebert, WV and Ronald Mallory of Hurricane, WV..
