He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Manion and Florence Manion; his siblings, Harold Manion, James Manion, Clare Hankenhof and Robert Manion; and his sons, Kevin Manion and James Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Manion; his sisters, Mary Catherine Ryan and Joan Manion; and his children, David Manion (Mary Ann), Timothy Manion (Jennifer), William Ross (Cari), Michael Ross (Holly) and Erin Ross. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
