She is survived by: her children, Jeff Bruner (Jodi) and Shelley Weaver (Sean); her grandchildren, Alex, Erin, Seth and Tara; her brother Bob Kirkham (Diana); her nieces, Mindy Kirkham Morgan (Pat) and Jenny Kirkham Conway; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Hunter, Emily and Connor.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice in Shirley's memory.
