We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2022, Roy E. Higgins of Dublin, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Roy Higgins; his former wife Leah M. Higgins; his wife Joanne Higgins; and his siblings, Frank Higgins and Elizabeth Inskeep (Higgins).

He is survived by: his close friend Sue Wines; his nieces, Deanna Gale (Inskeep) and Brenda Inskeep; and his stepchildren, William Zipf, Jr. (Jen), Thanda Meehan (Zipf) and Robert Zipf (Amanda). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
