He is survived by: his wife Terri Stark (Rodgers); his children, Brent Stark (Mandy) of New Albany and Heather McCreary (Joseph) of Dublin; his granddaughters, Lily Stark, Peyton McCreary and Quinn McCreary; and his siblings, Treg Stark (Debbie), Sharon Spring, Dottie Kudela (Julius) and Alva (Butch). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Association.
