He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Barlow II and Genevieve Lamy Barlow; and his brothers, Ronald R. Barlow (Sally) and John F. "Jack" Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Judith Barlow; his children, Robert Barlow, Jr., Christopher Barlow and Genevieve Barlow (Jeff Stevens); and his grandsons, Hutchinson and Lucas Stevens.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation in Bob's memory.
