He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Hayslip; his brother Jim Hayslip (Mary Lou); his sons, Rick (Cher), Randy, Rod (Jeanne), Rob (Sarah) and Roger (Becky); and his grandchildren, Trevor, Danielle, Amber, Ashley, Amanda, Morgan, Evan, Henry, Quinn and Solene.
