She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Pearl and Betty Pearl; and her siblings, Arnold Pearl and Faye Schwartz (Faggy). She is survived by: her son Harry-Todd Astrov (Lydia); her sister Sylvia Plevin; her granddaughter Ariella Lopez-Astrov; her niece Betty Van Baalen; and her nephews, Larry Plevin and Bill Plevin.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
