She was predeceased by: her parents, Orbin V. Diles and Goldia A. Diles (Boggs); her husband James Furl Skaggs; and her son-in-law John A. McKinzie. She is survived by: her children, Deborah A. McKinzie and Donald V. Skaggs (Connie); her granddaughter Shannon M. Skaggs; and her sister Juanita S. Nance. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to OhioHealth Hospice or Hayden Run Baptist Church.
