She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Browning Jr. and Ann M. Browning McGrath; her brother John H. Browning III; and her husband Donald L. Millar. She is survived by: her children, Monica Hall (Mark), Karen Studebaker (Mike), Jim (Debi) and Don (Kathy); her grandchildren, Brie Sellers (Billy), Courtney Williams, Amy Dugan, Jimmy (Hannah), Dylan Millar and Kenzi Millar Studebaker; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Sellers, Parker and Avery Dugan; and her sisters, Melanie Elfrink and Mary McGrath. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either American Cancer Society or March of Dimes.
