He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Kauffman and Barbara Kauffman (Trout); his brother Nathan P. Kauffman; his grandmother Ruby Kauffman; and his aunts, Peggy Trout and Patricia VanHoose. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
