She is survived by: her son Edmond Forrest Kaptein of Dublin, Ohio; and her siblings, Ann Couch (Charles) of Sandusky, Ohio and Harold Kinzy (Emma) of Berea, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
