She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne C. Walls and Bernard J. Cunningham. She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Holstein; her brothers-in-law, David (Tracy) and Scott (Nancy); her nieces and nephews, Allison Campbell (William), Heather Holstein, Stephanie Collins (Danny), Hannah Holstein and John Michael Holstein; her aunt Judith Euen Davis (John); her cousin Ian (Jacqueline); her grandchildren, Lily and Max; her cousin Brent Evans (Heidi); her sister Marianne Ezell (Michael); and also, Madelyn and Eleanor.
