He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Churchill and Ruth Churchill. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughters, Chey Harrington (Sean), Amber Jackson (Jake) and Kendra Wylie (Mike); his sisters, Esther Jarvis (Ed) and Sheryl Buckner; his brothers-in-law, Gerald Napoli (Carol) and Jim Napoli; and his grandchildren, Rory, Quintin, Brooks and George. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
