He was predeceased by: his parent John E.; his siblings, Bernard "Joe" Dolan, Leroy Vostatek, Charles Vostatek and Barbara Ann Gavarkavich; and his grandson Nicholas Andres Fagundo.
He is survived by: his parent Louise E. Bello Vostatek, Sr.; his wife Joyce L. Helmbright Vostatek of Dublin; his daughters, Louann Fagundo of Hudson, FL, Linda Wojcik (James), Lisa Miller (William) and Laura Roberts (Thomas) of Hilliard, OH; his brothers, Louis Vostatek (Jan) of Kokomo, IN, Cecil Vostatek (Joy) of Colorado Springs, CO and Frank Vostatek of Steubenville, OH; his grandchildren, Ramon Fagundo, Natalie Fagundo, Raquel Fischer (Justin), Adrienne Moroni (Brennan), Dillon Miller, Dalton Miller, Vanessa Roberts and Zachary Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Veronica Fischer, Gia Moroni and Apollo Fagundo.
