It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Neff of Dublin, Ohio, born in Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James J. Curlett; her husband Donald Richard Neff; and her brothers, Earl J. Curlett and Arthur S. Curlett. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Regenbogen (Mark) of Hilliard, Ohio and Diana Neff; her grandchildren, Emmi Regenbogen and Lucas Regenbogen; and her sister-in-law Jo Curlett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
