She is survived by: her husband Dudley Woodbridge Smith; her sons, Dudley Gaylor Smith of Cleves, OH, Bradley Smith (Janet) of Poland, OH and Brentley Smith (Cynthia) of Delaware, OH; her grandchildren, Dudley Frey Smith (Brianne), Courtney Gutierrez (Robert), Brian Smith (Meredith Taylor), Samantha Barber (Cody) and Alexander Smith; and her great grandchildren, Dudley Thomas, Hunter Joseph, Paxton Gabriel Smith, Liliana Jane Gutierrez and Dawn Evelyn Barber.
