He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barlow and Edith Barlow (Jones); and his sisters, Edith Fleischman (Vail) and Ruth Shult (Donald). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Irene Cheney; his daughters, Deborah L. Barlow (Jacob Fisch) and Suzanne C. Steensen (Robert); and his grandchildren, Leigh Fisch (Sean Macrae), Alexander Fisch, Luke Steensen (Sarah), Bonnie Nocheck (Patrick), Samantha Steensen and Casey Steensen.
