Franklin D. Blair Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2023, at the age of 86, Franklin D. Blair of Dublin, Ohio, born in Belmont, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Copeland Blair and Francis Eleanor Blair (Cantner); and his grandson Alexander Joseph Roderick. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Blair (Powell); his children, Kandy Casey (Dan), Betsy Roderick (Joe), Franklin II (Lisa) and Sean (Jaime); his grandchildren, Cody Blair (Mara), Erin Colachis (Sam), Daniel Casey, Franklin III, Ben Roderick, Addison Blair and Jordyn Roderick; and his sister Vivian Hammat (Blair).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the American Heart Association, the Kidney Foundation or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
