He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor A. Fletcher Sr. and Etsa K. Fletcher; his wife Peggy Ann (Stratton); and his nephew James Fletcher (Jimmy). He is survived by: his children, Dianna of Scarborough and Darrell (Julie); his grandchildren, J. D. Fletcher, Will Fletcher, Eryn Simons and Andrew Simons; his niece Margaret; and also Mark (Debby).
