He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Sr and Desda Oma Waters Sr. (Young); his spouse Luerenda Dickens Reed Waters; his children, Deborah Wildermuth (Brek) of Dublin and Wesley Darrin Waters of Fort Loramie; his grandchildren, Kirsten, Payton, Selene and Racin; his siblings, Joeann Standley of Galion and Jerry Waters (Sue) of Richwood; his stepchildren, Mark Reed (Sharon) and Sue Reed of Cooksville, MD; his stepgrandchild Ashley; his wife Janet Louise Stilwell; and his sister Kathleen Stilwell.
