She was predeceased by: her son Brad; her parents, Glenn Gillingham and Margaret Gillingham; and her siblings, Gail Slygh, Norma Morgan, Bill, Ralph and Bob.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her son Bill Jacobs (Tamra); her grandson Jake of Madisonville, LA; her son Bob Jacobs of Dublin, OH; her brother-in-law Jim Jacobs (Joanne); her nieces, Sandi Norona of Brentwood, CA and Debra Gruelich of Piqua, OH; and also, Jay, Jennifer, Kira and Jud. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Bert always felt flowers were for the living and requested any donations be made to Stein Hospice Service, Inc., 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Ohio 44870 or to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101-9950.
