She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Ellis and Fuqua Ellis; and her son Jeff Goree. She is survived by: her daughters, Joanna Weiss, Sharon Robison (Karl) and Katherine Davies; her brother Richard Ellis (Cera); and her grandchildren, Alexandra Kirkland (Thomas), Grace Davies, Ella Davies, Jeff Robison, Amelia Souders (Andrew) and Sam Robison (Alex).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or Mount Carmel Hospice.
