He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Beatty and Mary Beatty (Hunter); his wife Regina; and his siblings, Bernice, Marjorie, Marcella, Arlene, John, Gene, Edgar, Dwight and Ronald.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Elswick (Jim) of Lewis Center; his stepchildren, Keith Rogers (Sally) of Plain City, Ken Rogers (Carol) of Beverly Hills, FL and Pam Milli of Lewis Center; his grandchildren, Kimberly Curry and Matthew Elswick; and his brothers, Bernard of Pinnacle, NC and Roger of Wellston, OH. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army for disaster relief.
