It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald A Novak (Dublin, Ohio), born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 16, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his brother Stephen Novak (Linda) of Uniontown, PA; his sister-in-law Sue Frydryk (Kevin) of Naperville, IL; his nephew Todd Novak (Ashley) of Wilmington, OH; and his nieces, Nicole Shaulis (Jeremy) of Uniontown, PA, Abby Goldsmith (David) of Boston, MA, Kate Frydryk of Chicago, IL, Grant Shaulis and Golden Retriever.
