It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Devonia Christine Phillips of Dublin, Ohio, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tibbs and Martha Tibbs (Taulbee); her husband Kelly Phillips; and her siblings, Roy Tibbs, Willie Tibbs, Elizabeth Luneack, Naomi Beor, Geneva Pence and Joann Hall.
She is survived by: her sons, Darrell Lee Phillips (Ferbie Ann) of Dublin, OH and Gregory Allen Phillips (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Kimberly Trombly of Felton, DE and Kelly Phillips of Nampa, ID; her great grandchildren, Quinnlee and Capri Trombly of Felton, DE; and her sister-in-law Para Tibbs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
