She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Goletz and Mary Sie Goletz; her husband J. Edward Shutek; her daughter Deborah Jackson; her brother Andrew Goletz; and her grandson Alex Shutek.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Shutek (Carolann) of Dublin, OH, Judith Hollingshead of Dublin, OH and Richard Shutek (Sabrina) of Grafton, OH; and her grandchildren, Emily, Stephanie, Sommer, Cody, Matthew and Shealyn. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Miracle Foundation, Ohio Health Hospice, or St. Mary's Catholic Church.
