Charlotte Rhoades Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Charlotte Rhoades of Dublin, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Lockard (Ike) and Gayla Tarbill Lockard; her cousin Bert Cushman; and her pets, Harold and Baxter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Rhoades of Piketon and Cyndi Rhoades of London, England; her siblings, Patricia Barclay (Robert), Bonnie Lockard and George Lockard; and her grandchildren, Cary Davidson and Colleen McNulty. She is also survived by several cousins, nephews and a niece.
