She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wells and Bonnie Wells; and her husband Carlton Burt. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Brown (Bryan) and Renee Spiegel; her grandchildren, Austin (Sarah) of Indianapolis, Stephan (Tara) of Louisville, Chloe of Indianapolis, Elijah and Claudia of Dublin, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Reese, Nolan, Evan, Cali of Louisville and Mora of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her siblings, Gary Wells (Teresa) of Florida, Richard (Carol) of Texas and Jan (Rudy) of California.
