He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Spain; his grandparents, Robert, Alice Phelps, Carl and Luella Spain; and his nephew Aaron Fogel.
He is survived by: his mother Pam Spain; his sons, Dustin Evans and Justin Evans; his brother Chad Spain (Heather); his mother-in-law JoAnne Fogel; his brother-in-law Timothy Fogel (Ann); and his nieces and nephews, Austin, Carly and Kaden. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
