He is survived by: his wife Kathy Addis Taisey; his son Michael Troy Taisey of Springfield; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Tignor, Rita Addis, Rick Addis (Karen), Scott Addis (Brandi) and Roger Woerner. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
