He is survived by: his children, Michael Bay (Mary Glaneman) of Dresden and Lorri McCune (Chad) of Brunswick; his grandchildren, Alaina Bay and Drew McCune; his siblings, Rick Bay (Ruby) of Dresden, John Bay (Nancee) of Frazeysburg, Joe Bay (Jane Lorenz) of Dresden and Peggy Warren (Scott) of Cumberland, Ohio; and his close friend Georgia Robison of Nashport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
