She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry C. Powell and Bertha Powell (McClintock); her husband Dayle L. Garver; and her siblings, Martin, Frank, Paul, Warren Powell, Eva Harper and Francis Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Trudy K. Harper of Dresden, John R. Garver of Westerville and Jeff W. Garver of Dresden; and her grandchildren, Shannon King, III (Willis), Katie Bailey (Ryan), Nick Garver (Sara), Craig Garver and Jenna Debolt (Ryan). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dresden First Baptist Church or Dresden Fire Department.
