He is survived by: his wife Linda Prouty (Summers); his sons, Rick Prouty (Valarie) of Dresden and Terry Prouty of Lancaster; his daughter-in-law Kim Prouty; his grandchildren, Kyle Prouty (Kimberly) of Dresden, LeAnne Dobson (Jason) of Dresden, Shawn Dingey of Maryland, Lindsey Stevens (Adason) of Dresden, Tristan Prouty of Chillicothe, Tara Prouty, Faith Prouty of Dresden, Hayden Prouty of Chillicothe and Maranda Prouty of Dresden; his great grandchildren, Felicity Dobson of Dresden, Jameson Prouty of Dresden, Randy Dobson of Dresden, Joey Prouty of Dresden and Adalynn Stevens of Dresden; his siblings, Max Prouty of Zanesville, Larry Prouty (Marylee) of Dresden, Loren Prouty (Loretta) of Zanesville and Shirley Holzschuher (Francis) of Dresden; his brother-in-law David Summers (Dorothy) of Dresden; and his pet Kandi Kisses. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
