He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth "Bud" and Louise Lacy (Lewis); his brothers, Allen and John R. Lacy; and his nephew Ryan Hamilton.
He is survived by: his sister Jeanette Cody (Roger) of Frazeysburg; his daughter Susan Boudrie (Lyndsey) of Michigan; his stepmother June Lacy; his stepsisters, Sonya Annette Strange and Chris Lyons; his nieces and nephews, Keith Cody (Lori) and Kelly Weiser (Matt); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Renae Lacy (Logan), Trevor Cody, Jana Tsen (Brian), Matt West (Brittany Wolford), Trent and Brad Weiser; and his friend Pat Ripple.
