He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herb, Bernice Hamby, Allen "Will" and Betty Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Tricia Mullins (Green); his children, Katlie Mullins (Logan Spinks) and Larry Allen Mullins; his parents, Larry Mullins and Linda Mullins (Hamby); his sister Leslie Newlun (Greg Schwab); and his brothers-in-law, Terry Green (Amy) and Troy Green (Shannon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed towards the American Cancer Society.
