With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Phillips (Dresden, Ohio), born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Whyde and Bernice Whyde (Griffin) of Dresden; and her brother Bill Whyde. She is survived by: her children, Terry Phillips of Dresden, Randy Phillips (Lisa) of Dresden and Kimberly Moore (Jaryd) of Dresden; her grandchildren, T. J., Tara, Katlyn, Kalieb, Kara and Krisalyn; her great grandchild Aurora; and her brothers, Charles Whyde (Kathy) of Heath and David Whyde of Columbus.
