He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Tumblin and Lettie Tumblin (Moran); his wife Mary Jane Tumblin (Nash); his grandson Mike Phalen; and his siblings, Herman, Harold, Eugene Tumblin, Virginia Zikes, Alverna Wheeler and Joan Holdsworth.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Tumblin (Debra) of Granville, Ohio, Tammy Phalen (Kim) of Zanesville, Kathy Sexton (Jeff) of London, Ohio and Deb Park (Denny) of London, Ohio; his sister June Byers of Celina, Ohio; his niece Carol Couch of Reynoldsburg; and his close friends, Cathy Cox, Mark and Mitzi Nichols.
