He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stevens and Edna Stevens (Smith); and his brother Lee Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Judy Stevens (Hutchison); his children, Don Stevens (Lori) of Newcomerstown, Ohio and Michelle Stevens of West Lafayette, Ohio; his stepchildren, Kevin Hutchison (Denise Reynolds) of Zanesville and Lisa Cunningham (Heath Shroyer) of New Philadelphia, Ohio; his grandsons, Austin Ogle, Blake, Taylor Cunningham of New Philadelphia, Ryan Stevens of Newcomerstown and Derek Reynolds of Zanesville; and his siblings, Herbert Stevens (Bonnie) of Conesville, Ohio, Harold Stevens (Donna) of Conesville, Ohio, Pauline Mathews (David) of Granville and Sylvia Wright (Richard) of Conesville.
