He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Austin and Hazel Lucille Hawk (Haas); his former wife Barbara Jean Hawk (Brunt); his son Jeffrey Adam Hawk; his grandson Andrew Scott Prince; and his siblings, E. A. "Junior" Hawk, George "Jack" Hawk, Wanda Pandin, Frances Woolf, Jean Schneider and Bonnie Runk.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Prince (Rick), Michael Hawk (Tammy) and Robert Hawk (Jennifer); his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Hawk (Sue) of Minerva, Ted Hawk (Diana) of East Rochester, Tom Hawk (Sherri) of Minerva, Sam (Cindy) of East Rochester and Ann Merker (Dave) of Minerva; and his grandchildren, Amanda Dilley, Alyssa Dougherty, Natasha Stephens, Tamara Taylor, Victoria Taylor, Ashlee Paschen, Jordan Hawk, Brandon Hawk, Jake Hawk, Stevie Darner, Adam Hawk, Jeffrey Hawk Jr., Jared Hawk and Barbie Hawk. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
